As with a lot of brands and organisations, Guinness clearly recognises TV as an essential tool for developing a relationship with audiences. The plan is for us to compile a comprehensive collection of each Guinness advertisement aired in the UK since September 2006, when we launched. We aren’t setting out to make claims about what’s good advertising and what isn’t. We reckon you’ll make a pretty good job of that yourself. Rather we’d like to make things straightforward for you to enjoy Guinness ads whenever the urge strikes you. In our opinion, it’s not rare for the commercials to make the best TV viewing. And no proper ad collection could be comprehensive in the absence of a few Guinness advertisements.
